PARKOURParkour is a sport of moving rapidly through an area consisting of different obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing, it can be done indoors or outdoors.

PICKLE-BALLPickleball is similar to badminton, and can be played on a badminton-sized court. All you need are some pickle-ball paddles, a ball and a net. Visit Active Lethbridge for badminton courts in Lethbridge.

PING PONG Ping pong also known as table tennis, is a sport that consists of two or four players hitting a ball back and fourth across a table using a small paddle. The objective of this sport is to reach the number of points before your opponent. All you need to play is a ping pong table with a net, paddles, and a ping pong ball.

POKEMON GOPokemon Go is a game app that you can download onto your phone and Pokemon will pop up on the map with a small vibration as you walk along, all you have to do is capture them.

POTATO SACK RACESack races are popular at family reunions, and Elementary fun days! All you need are some potato sacks (or a pillow case) and friends and family to race with. Find an outdoor space such as a park, and have everyone lined up at a start line. Each contestant will have to hop across the field to get to the finish line, it's that simple! Whoever crosses the finish line first wins.

Jane's Walks are locally organized free walking tours, where people get together to explore their neighborhoods.
